Danielle Cureton is the Program Manager for the CFUL Reading Program, an initiative sponsored by the Florida Department of Education to increase literacy amongst youth in Grades 3, 4 and 5.
Danielle has always had a passion for working with special needs children and has dedicated her life to making a difference in her own community. Growing up, she was involved with the Boys & Girls Club, which inspired her to work for an organization that focuses on giving back to the community. She joined Urban League in February as a Program Assistant and was quickly promoted to Program Manager.
Born and raised in New York City, Danielle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Central Florida. During her time at UCF, she became involved with the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA).
