Zipporah Snell | Community Engagement Co-Chair
Zipporah Snell is a public health and healthcare service management professional. Since 2016 she has worked within non-profit organizations to help them achieve quality and affordability in their healthcare service offerings. Eager to empower the community that she has called home for the past 25 years, Zipporah knows that communities with relevant social and economic programming which address their needs have overall better health outcomes. Her interest in addressing social determinants of health while working in an interdisciplinary space attracted her to become involved with the Central Florida Urban League's Young Professionals. Being a new member of CFULYP, she is excited to contribute to community engagement focused initiatives. She looks forward to being a part of the YP family for years to come.
Zipporah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public health from the University of South Florida. She is currently working towards her master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Central Florida. In addition to her educational pursuits, she is a volunteer with the Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County, an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and a student associate of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Currently, Zipporah serves as the Business Development Coordinator for True Health; a community health center committed to providing quality care at an affordable price to under-served and low-income communities throughout Central Florida.
