Delbert J. Howard is the Program Coordinator – Careers Coach with the Central Florida Urban League. He is passionate about helping people align their goals with an action plan to make those dreams a reality.

Prior to joining the CFUL, Delbert served four years in the US Navy where he participated in two tours in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Additionally, he worked as an Enrollment Advisor where he helped to guide students through the application process until they started their given graduate degree program.

A graduate from Columbia College, Delbert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014. Recently, he started graduate school at Columbia College, projected to earn his Masters in Business Administration in 2020.

In his free time, Delbert loves spending time with his wife and child as well as movies, sports and cooking.
