Elizabeth R. Grace | President & C.E.O.

A native of Orlando, Elizabeth R. Grace has dedicated her career to empowering our community through advocacy, collaboration and engagement. For more than a decade, Elizabeth has worked to build bridges between diverse groups and as such, foster environments of innovation and education.

Most recently, Elizabeth served as the Director of Community Engagement for the UCF Downtown/Valencia College Downtown Campus. The 15-acre campus is dedicated to providing innovative educational opportunities to the downtown Orlando area, fostering access to internships, certifications, jobs, and other valuable community resources. In that role, Elizabeth played a key part in building strong relationships with community leaders in Parramore and surrounding neighborhoods and coordinated the work of the Parramore Community Engagement Council, focused on improving the quality of life in Parramore with a focus on five key pillars: jobs, health, education, safety and affordable housing.

Driven by a strong belief in the power of collaboration and community-led solutions, Elizabeth has successfully partnered with local organizations, stakeholders, and individuals to implement programs focused on education and empowerment. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life and address pressing social issues with empathy and determination has made her a respected voice within the field.

Previously, Elizabeth served as the Executive Director of the nonprofit Association to Preserve African American Society, History and Tradition, Inc. (PAST, Inc.), where she oversaw the Wells’Built Museum of African American History & Culture. The museum celebrates the significant contributions of African Americans to Central Florida’s community.

Outside of work, Elizabeth most values time spending time with family including her husband Jack and twin daughters.
