SFTP is designed to assist participants in achieving employment readiness, personal development, and family stability through tailored support services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO GUARANTEES

  • Completion of the Individual Employment Plan (IEP) does not guarantee employment, training placement, or financial assistance.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Your personal information will be used only for:
  • Program eligibility determination
  • Coordination of services
  • Reporting to funders as required by law

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

  • Participation in the program is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time without penalty.

FINANCIAL INCENTIVES POLICY

To qualify for incentives (e.g., stipends, gift cards), participants must:

  • Attend all assigned activities (workshops, trainings, coaching sessions)
  • Meet IEP attendance and participation benchmarks
  • Demonstrate documented progress during reviews

Note: Incentives are based on available funding and verified participation. Missed activities or requirements may result in delays or forfeiture of incentives.

FOLLOW-UP PROGRESS MONITORING

  • Your progress will be reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with your IEP goals and program requirements.
